You want to return an item?

In the spirit of responsible consumer behavior, we would like to work with you to avoid returns. However, should you wish to return a RYZON product, you can do so easily.

You can return your ordered items for a refund up to 60 days from the invoice date. The returned goods must be in saleable condition. This means that it must be unused, except for the purpose of trying on the product. Please return your products in the original packaging if possible.

From which country do you want to send your return?

EU countries (incl. Germany), Switzerland, United Kingdom & USA

You can register your return via our returns portal. A return bill in the package is therefore not necessary.

Note: Please select any drop-off location in the returns portal. This does not have to be the drop-off location where you will drop off the return.

Return policy

Please return your item in its original packaging if possible. Merchandise to be returned must be unused - except for the purpose of trying on the product. It must be in saleable condition and unwashed. If you send a washed product, we must return it to you and cannot refund you.

If there is evidence that the merchandise has been used to an extent that diminishes its value, you will forfeit your right to return. We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund if the items are deemed damaged or already worn. All additional shipping charges must be paid by you. We have the right to keep worn or damaged goods and their value.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your goods and place a new order.

Return

If all of the above conditions are met, we'll refund you the full price of the items which have been returned. With purchased vouchers you can withdraw from the purchase within the 14-day cancellation period.

Please note that refunds can only be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. If you paid for your order with a gift card, the amount will always be refunded to the gift card before any remaining balance is paid out.

The refund process can take up to 14 days after we receive your merchandise. If you see in the tracking that we have received your return, please give us the 14 days to review it and credit the amount.

If an item has a production defect, we will of course repair it for you or replace the product. Please contact us for this purpose.

Legal right of withdrawal

(1) The statutory right of revocation shall apply, which RYZON shall inform about in accordance with the statutory provisions below. A contractual granting of rights beyond the law is not associated with this. In particular, the statutory right of withdrawal is not available to commercial resellers.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail or an e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, minus the delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the returned goods. We retain the delivery costs as a processing fee for our consulting services and to cover the actual costs incurred. In the case of a complete return, we will also refund the costs for the outbound shipping.
For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods - whichever is the earlier.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

In the event of the return of individual products from a bundle, we reserve the right to refund the purchase price by means of a merchandise value voucher in the amount of the price valid on the day of purchase.

If your return is lost or damaged in transit with an independent carrier, we cannot accept liability. Therefore, we recommend that you always choose a rate with tracking.
