Unfortunately, we are currently not able to issue a free return label for countries outside of the EU. Please send your products back to us (do not forget a tracking number) at your own expense to:

If you do not make use of our free return service, we are not responsible if your shipment gets lost or damaged in transit.


You can return the products free of charge for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that we do not exchange products. We kindly ask you to place a new order instead.

If possible send your item back in the original packaging including the hangtag. Articles that are to be returned must be unused except for the purpose of trying on the product. The products must be unwashed and in a saleable condition. If you send washed products, we will send your return back to you and you will not receive a refund.

If there are indications that the products have been used to an extent that reduces the value of the products , the customer loses his or her right for a refund. If the product is damaged, it can not be returned.

In summary: We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund if the items are found damaged or already worn. All additional shipping costs incurred must be borne by the customer. We are entitled to keep worn or damaged goods and their value.


If all of the above conditions are met, we'll refund you the full price of the items which have been returned. With purchased vouchers you can withdraw from the purchase within the 14-day cancellation period.

Please note that refunds can only be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. If you paid for your order with a gift card, the amount will always be refunded to the gift card before any remaining balance is paid out.

The refund process can take up to 14 days after receiving your goods. If your shipping tracking number states that it has arrived, please give us some days to check your product(s) and refund you.

§ 4 Right of withdrawal

(1) In the following Ryzon informs the customer on the statutory right to withdraw the contract. This information does not include contractually conferred rights beyond those guaranteed under statutory law. Commercial resellers, in particular, do not have a legal right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods for deliveries outside of Germany.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

(3) Ryzon makes the following non-binding recommendations for handling the purchased goods during the withdrawal period as well as for returning the purchased goods in the event of withdrawal of contract. These recommendations are only suggestions and do not constitute conditions for exercising the right to withdraw the contract: The customer is asked to return the purchased goods to Ryzon in a postage-paid package. Ryzon will automatically send the customer a shipping label by email for this purpose, provided Ryzon is responsible for the cost of the return.

The customer is asked to avoid damaging or soiling the purchased goods during the withdrawal period and, whenever possible, to return the purchased goods to Ryzon in its original packaging including all accessories and package contents. If the original packaging is no longer available, appropriate packaging should be used to avoid damage in transit.
