RYZON offers four different payment options. Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express), PayPal, Amazon pay, and direct transfer.

If you are having trouble putting an item in your shopping cart , the product is at this moment sold out. RYZON would like you to check back at a later time to see if this item is back in stock and we apologize for the inconvenience.

While making your order you can change your address in the step 'add new shipping address'.If you have already submitted your order it is no longer possible to change your shipping address.

After completing your order it can take up to 48 hours to be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order has been shipped, which will have your tracking number attached.

The moment your package has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. In the confirmation email you will receive the tracking number to track your package.

For all orders from inside the EU we now offer a returns portal (www.ryzon.net/pages/shipping-portal) where you can register your return shipment and print out a shipment label. To do so you need to have your order number (i.e. #12345) at hand as well as your ZIP code.
If you are returning/exchanging an order and you live in a non-EU country please contact our customer service. .They will quickly help you with all of the information you need to return your order.

If you have ordered something that you do not like, or does not fit properly, you may send them back to us. The products must be unworn, unwashed, and all original tags must still be attached. Please fill out the return paperwork and stick the DHL sticker on the outside of the package. Once that has been done please bring the package to any DHL location.

Once you have received your order you have 60 days to exchange / return your item(s).

Your payment will be reimbursed at the latest 14 days after the return. The money will be transferred to the form of payment that was used by the original purchase.

We have tested our products to extreme limits. Nevertheless, damages can occur after heavy use and hard training. If a repair is needed for any product feel free to contact our customer service via the contact form. We will explain and clarify all the steps needed for a repair.
