The moment your package has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. In the confirmation email you will receive the tracking number to track your package.

RETURNS

DOES RYZON OFFER FREE RETURNS?
For all orders from inside the EU we now offer a returns portal (www.ryzon.net/pages/shipping-portal) where you can register your return shipment and print out a shipment label. To do so you need to have your order number (i.e. #12345) at hand as well as your ZIP code.
If you are returning/exchanging an order and you live in a non-EU country please contact our customer service. .They will quickly help you with all of the information you need to return your order.
HOW DO I SEND SOMETHING BACK TO RYZON?
If you have ordered something that you do not like, or does not fit properly, you may send them back to us. The products must be unworn, unwashed, and all original tags must still be attached. Please fill out the return paperwork and stick the DHL sticker on the outside of the package. Once that has been done please bring the package to any DHL location.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SEND SOMETHING BACK TO RYZON?
Once you have received your order you have 14 days to exchange / return your item(s).
AFTER RETURNING MY ORDER, WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE REIMBURSED?
Your payment will be reimbursed at the latest 14 days after the return. The money will be transferred to the form of payment that was used by the original purchase.
