Most Frequently Asked Questions
You can track the current delivery status of your order in your customer account under Orders:
- Log in to your customer account.
- Select your desired order.
- Select your delivery and click on the button "tracking".
If it is still unclear where your package is currently located, you can contact us using the contact form and we will help you as soon as possible.
Please note that refunds can only be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
If you paid for your order with a gift card, the amount will always be refunded to the gift card before any balance is paid out.
The refund process can take up to 14 days after receipt of your goods. If you see in the shipment tracking that we have received your return, please give us 14 days to check it and credit the amount.

You can return your ordered items for a refund up to 60 days from the invoice date. The returned goods must be in a salable condition. This means that it must be unused, except for the purpose of trying on the product.
If possible, please return your products in their original packaging.

We will create a return label for you and of course send you a new product.
Please note that this only applies to products that are already defective in their unworn original condition and that the damage was already present upon delivery.

If you have received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- your order number
- The product you received and the item number
- Which product did you receive instead?
- Image of wrong product if possible
As soon as we have received the information, we will take care of your request and try to solve the problem to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
If you would like to use a discount code, please enter it in the "Coupon or Discount Code" field on the Payment Methods page, or use the discount link. The discount will then be calculated automatically. Discount codes are only valid once and cannot be combined.

If you paid with a voucher, the amount will be refunded to the voucher in the event of a return.

We want to make the payment of your order as easy and flexible as possible

We also offer four different express payment options. These include: PayPal, Ivy, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
PayPal, Ivy, Google Pay and Shop Pay require a corresponding customer account in which information such as the delivery address, billing address and a means of payment (e.g. credit card) are stored. This information is transmitted to us in encrypted form, which enables a simplified and faster check-out.
No customer account is required with Ivy - you just have to authorize the payment from your online banking. Alternatively, you can also choose your credit card.
Shipment
We deliver to all countries served by our shipping partners DHL Paket and DHL Express.
Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, import taxes and customs duties are levied by the respective local authorities. It is a legal requirement that we declare the total value of the contents of all deliveries.
Local import taxes and duties are collected by the supplier on behalf of the local customs authorities.

During an order you can change your delivery address in the "Enter new delivery address" step. Unfortunately, address changes are no longer possible for orders that have already been placed.
However, you have two options:
- You can contact the selected shipping partner and try to redirect your package.
- If the specified delivery address cannot be found or your shipment cannot be delivered, the shipment will be returned to us, checked and we will refund you the amount after receipt of the shipment.

Repairs, Complaints & Defective Items
We are currently revising our repair service in order to be able to offer you an even better process in the future. Because of this, the repair service is available to you until April 10th. not available. From April 11th we will be back for you as usual!
We are athletes and our shared passion for sport is what drives us. In Cologne, each of our products is developed by us down to the smallest detail, manufactured in close cooperation with producers from Europe and then tested by us. All this so that high-quality products and innovative technologies allow us and you to focus fully on the here and now.
Should it nevertheless happen that one of your RYZON products is defective or has defects, we offer you our complaints service. Often the entire product does not have to be replaced, but can be repaired by us. In this way, we conserve resources together and ensure more sustainability in sport.

We've been selling our products directly to you since day one. With no dealer margin, we can offer you the best product at the best price. That means, for example: made from certified materials at carefully selected production sites in Europe. We ship worldwide - without detours to you. If you have any questions or problems, we are your direct contacts and can respond individually to your wishes.
Most of the fabrics for our products come from selected, certified knitting and
weaving mills in Europe. We obtain a few materials from Asia because we have not yet
found a comparable quality in Europe for certain products.
We are in close
contact with the manufacturers and therefore know the exact origin of all our
fabrics. In the meantime, we can also increasingly track where the yarns of the
materials come from - if they are not even twisted by the fabric manufacturer.
RYZON was founded in Cologne in 2016. To this day, our headquarters and our flagship store are located in the heart of
Cologne - and that's how it should stay.
There are also two other
permanent stores in Munich and Girona (Spain). In other places in Europe we are
always represented with temporary pop-up stores.
The majority of our products
are manufactured in Europe. This creates a physical proximity to our producers,
which we appreciate very much.

Our products represent a careful balance of functionality, comfort and sophisticated aesthetics. It is the result of extensive testing and constant optimization. It is our aim to rethink highly functional sportswear every day and to keep raising standards through innovation and creativity. This also applies to responsible procurement and production. We are currently doing most of this in Europe and can therefore guarantee a high quality in terms of fit, workmanship and material of our products.
We are part of the clothing industry - and are therefore in one of the greatest areas of conflict of our time. But instead of being part of the problem, we want to be part of the solution. We want to combine the development of premium sportswear with acting for the common good and make decisions every day that we can represent 100%. By taking responsibility for our actions, we want to work with you to change the sportswear industry for the better. By raising awareness, maximum transparency and careful use of resources - on a social, economic and ecological level.
We already do
The way is long. But we go with full conviction. Step by step.
- Our clothing - and thus over 90% of the entire collection - is already manufactured entirely in the EU . Due to the applicable EU labor law, we can therefore guarantee fair conditions in the manufacture of our products and also short transport routes. At the same time, we benefit from close contact with our producers in Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Italy, the Czech Republic and Germany. A few accessories are made by our long-term partners in Asia, as we have not been able to find any comparable producers in Europe so far.
- Most of our fabrics are already sourced from certified European embroideries and weaving mills , so we always know exactly where and how they are produced. Increasingly, we can also trace the origin of the yarns.
- Since 2020 we have been offsetting our annual CO2 emissions from company operations together with Climate Partner . This includes direct emissions (electricity and heat generation, vehicle fleet, volatile gases) and indirect emissions from purchased energy, business trips and employee travel ( more on CO2 neutrality at RYZON ). In order to further reduce our emissions, we changed the electricity provider for our headquarters in Cologne in June 2022. We now obtain 100% green electricity from hydropower via Polarstern .
- We offer a repair service for damaged RYZON products and thus actively extend the life of your clothing.
- As part of our refurbished program , we carefully refurbish products with small flaws and offer them at a discounted price. In this way we give these products a new life together.
- With the profit from the sale of the United in Humanity collection, we support social sports projects worldwide.
- To ensure that your order is shipped as resource-efficiently as possible, we pack our products in reusable polybags made from 100% recycled plastic and use individually tailored boxes.
- We see it as our obligation to deal carefully with the resource "employees" in addition to external resources. We live a corporate culture in which everyone can develop according to their own possibilities and potential. Self-determined, flexible and free work paves the way to self-efficacy and satisfaction.
the next steps
We have already been able to implement some small and larger projects and thus contribute our part to a better and fairer sporting goods industry. But there is still so much more to do.
- In order to be able to offer you maximum transparency about the origin of our products, we are currently working together with retraced on a transparent supply chain . In our view, finding out where products come from and under what conditions they are manufactured is essential in order to raise awareness of the issue and bring about long-term social change.
- Indirect emissions occurring outside the company, such as from the manufacture of raw materials and preliminary products, external logistics and the use and disposal of products, are not yet part of our climate neutrality. We are already working on taking the next big step and offsetting the emissions from the manufacture of our products in the future.
